Terms of use
These terms explain your purchase, access, refunds and responsibilities when using I Beat Osgood. The price is A$99 including GST, paid once with no subscription.

1. Who we are and who can purchase
I Beat Osgood is operated by Gevantage, ABN 77 151 942 773, PO Box 19, Belrose West NSW 2085, Australia (we, us, our). These terms apply to ibeatosgood.com and the digital program, including its athlete app, videos, tracking tools and parent information (the Program). Read them with the Health Information Disclaimer and Privacy Policy.
By purchasing, you agree to these terms. The purchaser must be aged 18 or over and be the athlete's parent or legal guardian, or have their permission. Athletes under 18 may use the Program only with a parent's or guardian's permission and supervision. It is designed for athletes aged roughly 10–15.
2. What your purchase includes
You receive access to the eight-week, seven-stage Program, Ethan's original exercise demonstrations, Daily Routines, Workouts, pain and sport tracking, recovery scheduling, a progress dashboard, parent information, an equipment guide and Ethan's story.
Equipment is not included and is bought separately. Retailer links are for convenience; purchases from those retailers are governed by their terms and your statutory rights.
You keep access for as long as we operate the Program. If we retire it, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email. Any rights to refunds or other remedies under Australian Consumer Law remain available.
3. Price and payment
The price is A$99 including GST as a single payment. There is no subscription or further charge to unlock later stages. Future price changes do not affect completed purchases.
Stripe processes payments. We do not receive or store full card details. Your bank may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.
4. Access and your devices
After payment, we email an access link, which is also shown on screen. One purchase covers one athlete and up to three devices in your household. Keep the link private. Contact us promptly at info@ibeatosgood.com if your access link is lost, exposed or used without your permission and do not share it with another household, team, club or clinic. Email info@ibeatosgood.com if you need your devices reset.
Progress is stored separately in each device's browser and does not sync. We cannot access, back up or restore it. Clearing site data, private browsing or changing devices may erase entries. You need a compatible device, current browser and internet connection.
We aim to keep access available, but maintenance, updates and outages may interrupt it. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. 60-day money-back guarantee
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, email info@ibeatosgood.com within 60 days of purchase from the email address used at checkout. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the A$99 purchase price less the payment processing fee Stripe charged on your payment, which is about A$2 for Australian cards and up to about A$4 for international cards. We will tell you the exact refund amount when we process it.
We aim to process the refund within five business days to your original payment method; your bank may take longer to display it. Program access ends once the refund is processed.
This voluntary guarantee is additional to your Australian Consumer Law rights, which are not subject to the 60-day limit or the fee deduction.
6. Australian Consumer Law rights
Our products and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the problem, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, having a service supplied again, cancellation, a refund or compensation, including for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Nothing in these terms or the Health Information Disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies a right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
7. Health and safe use
Before starting, obtain a diagnosis of Osgood-Schlatter from a GP, physiotherapist or sports doctor and individual advice on whether the activities are suitable. The Program is general information based on Ethan's experience, not medical advice or a substitute for treatment. Ethan's results and recovery time are his own; we do not guarantee any result or recovery time for your child.
Read and follow the Health Information Disclaimer. Supervise the athlete, use a safe space and suitable equipment, stop activities that worsen symptoms and seek professional advice when needed. Individual professional advice takes priority. Pain scores, stages and scheduling are not medical clearance to exercise or return to sport.
8. Licence and original content
We or our licensors own the rights in our original videos, photographs, written explanations, graphics, software and branding. We do not claim exclusive ownership of common exercises, rehabilitation methods, facts or your own records and experiences.
Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Program privately for the covered athlete within your household, for the access period described above. Access may end following a refund or under section 10.
Except as permitted by law or expressly enabled by the Program, do not copy, record, redistribute, sell or publicly post our content; share or resell access; or use our content in a team, school, club, clinic or commercial setting without written permission. Any enabled export of your own entries is permitted. These restrictions do not prevent you recording your child's activities or sharing your own experience.
Do not reuse photographs or footage of Ethan or other people from the Program without permission, bypass access limits, scrape or interfere with the service, or seek unauthorised access. Contact info@ibeatosgood.com about group use.
9. Risk and responsibility
Exercise and sport involve injury risks. Parents and guardians must consider suitability with their child's health professional and supervise safe use. These responsibilities do not release us from liability for our own conduct or remove the athlete's legal rights.
Liability, including for personal injury and negligence, is determined under applicable law. We cannot restore locally stored progress, so keep any records you need separately.
10. Updates and ending access
We may improve the Program and correct its information. We will notify you before changes that materially reduce what you purchased, and honour any remedies required by law. Your purchase is governed by the terms in force when you bought it unless you agree otherwise or a change is required by law.
We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach, such as redistributing videos or sharing the access link outside your household. Where reasonable, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to fix it. Any action will be proportionate to the breach and subject to your statutory rights.
11. Privacy, governing law and contact
We handle personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by New South Wales law, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts. Mandatory rights under other applicable laws, including overseas consumer laws, remain unaffected.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. These terms and the Health Information Disclaimer govern use of the Program; the Privacy Policy explains information handling.
